This Yugioh card is great for Spellcaster, Beat-Down, and especially Toon Decks. Toon Gemini Elf is a key card in Toon decks because of its effect and good attack. Plus, the ruling on the card allows you to play it without "Toon World" on the field. This lets you have another 1900 attack creature that is only 4 stars; however, you cannot use Toon Gemini's Special Effect unless "Toon World" is on the field.
