Yugioh Land.com BackOrder/PRESALE Information

If any item/s which you are ordering is a PRESALE or BACKORDER please read the following terms:

• Your credit card will only be charged for a PreSale or Backorder ((i.e. "Ships in 7-10 Days", etc.) item/s when the item is confirmed as being available or released by the manufacturer. If an item is 30+ days away from being released, or if an item is Out-of-Stock and not due to arrive shortly back into stock, then your Credit Card will not be charged until your full order is confirmed.
• If you order an "In Stock" item as well as a "PreSale" item/s, we will ship the "In Stock" item/s and put the "PreSale" item/s on Backorder (unless the pre-order item is going to be available within a reasonable amount of time).  Please Note that we will use our best judgment, with the customer's interest in mind, as to whether or not to hold up the order, and try to save you on shipping. Also we will not send multiple shipments out if any shipment is under $10.00 unless the customer requests that we do so in the "customer comments" section of the order form.
• When the "PreSale" item comes in, your order will be shipped out at No additional charge for shipping & handling.  Your initial shipping fee may be adjusted so that it coordinates with the amount of your first shipment - the only typical shipping adjustment you will encounter will be a Reduction is shipping charges if applicable, unless placing an International order. 
• If you choose EXPRESS delivery and there is a PreSale or Backorder item/s on your order, it may take an additional 2 business days to process your order. To avoid delays please place Seperate orders for items that are "In Stock" and items that are listed as "PreSale" or Backorder (i.e. "Ships in 7-10 Days", etc.)
• If you do not require multiple shipments then your order will be placed “On HOLD” until all items are in stock and ready to ship.  
• All release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer.  The shipping dates listed are based on information that we receive from the toy manufacturers.  Any new information is immediately updated on our website as well as in our newsletter.
